Admission is purely merit based as per Pondicherry University norms with special reservation for the marginalised and reservation categories.
Processing of admission for all undergraduate programmes will begin after the declaration of the higher secondary examination results; the postgraduate admission will begin
subsequently.
On declaration of results, the applicant should submit the hard copy of the application form, along with photocopies of qualifying +1 and +2 marks statements, transfer certificate, PIC
or community certificate, Aadhar and birth certificate. Mere submission of application form does not confirm admission.
A limited number of seats are available in the hostel. Applicants are informed that the hostel application should be submitted along with the college application form. Admission to the
college does not guarantee admission to the college hostel.
Candidates who are provisionally selected will be intimated through mail or phone. The provisionally selected candidates and their parents have to be present for an interview at the
time and date mentioned in the interview card along with necessary original documents and recent passport size photograph.
The provisionally selected candidates are expected to pay the prescribed fees only by cash at the college office.
Admission for all the courses will be closed on filling up of the seats.
The decision of the admission committee will be final on all matters concerning the admission.
Change in the choice of course is not allowed after admission. The course selected in the application form will be final.
