Description:
The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Dr. P. Ravikumar, Assistant Professor of Physics, Tagore Government Arts and Science College, Puducherry.
The guest visited the exhibited food stuffs and exhibits appreciating the participants’ innovative ideas in preparing delicious dishes without the use of flame and in crafting useful products from waste materials. The participants showcased their immense talent, creativity. It was real initiative to create awareness among the students' folk towards environmental sustainability.

Places Visited: PONLAIT, Kurumbapet and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Puducherry. The department of Corporate Secretaryship organized an industrial visit to PONLAIT and KVK to gain practical knowledge beyond classroom learning. At PONLAIT, we observed how milk is collected, processed, and packed. The officials explained the production of products like curd, ghee, and flavored milk, and also highlighted the importance of hygiene and quality control.

Description:
An awareness session on Menstrual Hygiene and Cervical Cancer for all the UG and PG students was held on 13.10.2025 at the Idhaya Auditorium. The session aimed to educate young women on the importance of maintaining hygiene and creating awareness about cervical cancer/ Dr. Malar Ilango, M.D Community Medicine, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute gave a brief note about menstrual hygiene. Dr. Anlin Jenisha, Post Graduate, Department of Community Medicine enlightened the students on various aspects of menstrual health, personal hygiene. She addressed about the causes, symptoms, and preventive measures for cervical cancer emphasizing the role of the HPv Vaccination and regular medical screening. The session was highly informative engaging and helped break myths associated with mestrual health

The first year students and II M.Com students from the department of Corporate secretaryship visited Tidal Neo Private Limited, an IT company on 12.11.2025 situated at Thiruchitrambalam koot Road. About 110 students were taken to the company accompanied by two faculty Dr. Sivaranjini and Mrs. A.C. Shobana. The students were briefed about the opportunities and ideas available in learning Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. They also explained about how these applications are used in day-to-day operations as well as in the professional environment. The visit was truly informative and enriching and provided valuable insights into both technical and professional aspects.

On 16 February 2024,238, students of the 2nd and 3rd years and 8 staff from our department embarked on an enriching industrial visit to Dakshin Chithra, a living history museum in Chengalpattu near Chennai. We started our journey by 6.00 AM and reached Dakshin Chithra Heritage Museum at 9.15 AM. There we had a treat for our eyes with cultural and traditional diversity
